These guidelines
were voted on by the PCC Board of Directors:
1. Non-resident fee $5.00.
2. Everyone will be USS registered. A
current USS registration fee covers the Calendar Year.
3. The middle school discount will
be handled by prorating the normal session fees. The discount is
available only one time per year when the middle school season is held
only if the swimmer is swimming on the middle school team.
4. Registration must be paid in full
on the registration date to hold your
spot. NO
EXCEPTIONS! Wait list calls will begin immediately following
registration in the order they are received and all open spots after
registration night will be filled.
5. There will be a LATE FEE CHARGE
OF $25 PER WEEK assessed to the registration cost for current members that fail
to register the week of registration. This will begin the week after
registration is completed.
If a
member has not registered within 30 days they will no longer be
considered a member of the club. This fee does not apply to
swimmers that are signed up as Middle School or High School Swimmers,
who register on a pro-rated basis.
6. If a swimmer is not registered with
the team they cannot swim at any USS meets as a member of the
Plymouth-Canton Cruisers. The fee must be paid in full.
7. A prepared letter will be sent to
those people who fail to pay the registration fee and still send their
swimmer to practice.
8. There will be no vacation discounts.
PCC will not prorate for the summer session due to vacations. No
Exceptions!
9. If a swimmer is not ready to be on the
team as determined by the coach, a full refund will be sent. The USS
fee and non-resident fee cannot be refunded.
10. If a swimmer has an injury or health
issue and has to leave the team, a letter from the doctor must be
submitted and the board will decide on the amount of the refund to be
issued.
